The goal is straightforward: publish information that helps a reader make a better next decision without disguising an estimate, marketing claim, or automated result as a verified fact.

Useful before searchable

A page should solve a real buyer or land-planning question before it is eligible for indexing. Pages that are repetitive, incomplete, or mainly navigational are kept out of search until they provide enough original value.

Primary sources first

Federal, state, county, and city agencies are preferred for laws, program rules, permits, hazards, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. Manufacturer, lender, installer, and industry material may explain products or processes, but commercial claims are not treated as independent proof.

Estimates are labeled

Home prices, setup costs, delivery costs, and project totals vary by region, model, site, labor market, and timing. The site labels planning ranges and separates them from bids, appraisals, loan offers, and legally binding quotes.

Local facts stay local

Manufactured-home placement is controlled by the parcel, jurisdiction, adopted code, deed restrictions, access, utilities, and project documents. Broad guidance must not be presented as permission for a specific property.

Commercial relationships stay visible

Advertising, paid services, and partner routing are disclosed. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, placement, a positive conclusion, or an endorsement.

Corrections are part of publishing

Material errors are corrected when found. A page may be updated, removed from search, redirected, or retired when it no longer meets the site standard or cannot be supported by a current source.

Research and review process

  1. 01Define the exact buyer, land, cost, or placement question the page should answer.
  2. 02Check the strongest available primary sources and record assumptions that cannot be verified nationally.
  3. 03Review the page for clarity, unsupported promises, duplicated wording, functioning links, and an appropriate next step.
  4. 04Update, noindex, redirect, or remove the page when its source, usefulness, or accuracy no longer holds up.

Software and automation may help organize records, calculations, and drafts. Public content still requires editorial review for factual fit, source quality, plain language, and appropriate limitations.

Corrections
