What to compare

A national brand may use several factories and regional product lines. Availability, required climate packages, freight, retailer scope, and pricing can change by destination.

Factory and model

Confirm plant, model number, revision, design zones, options, and transport dimensions.

Written scope

Separate home, freight, set, foundation, site work, taxes, permits, and exclusions.

Destination fit

Verify zoning, access, utilities, installation, lender, appraisal, and insurance requirements.
