This policy explains how ManufacturedHome.marketing handles planning requests, seller submissions, optional analytics, advertising, and consented provider matching.
Information you provide
We collect information you intentionally submit, such as name, email, phone, state, ZIP code, budget, home preferences, property details, financing ranges, seller information, messages, and photos. Do not submit account numbers, government identification, passwords, health records, or confidential legal documents.
How submitted information is used
Submissions are used to save requested planning work, respond to inquiries, organize requests, improve tools, prevent abuse, and route a request only when the visitor authorizes provider matching. A submission does not guarantee a quote, permit, financing, partner response, publication, sale, or approval.
Private storage and retention
Lead records, report orders, and seller photos are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. Operational records may be retained while a request is active and afterward for ordinary business records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Records that are no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or anonymized.
Partner routing
When you check the authorization box on a request, relevant information may be shared with a verified dealer, lender, installer, transporter, land reviewer, or other provider needed for that request. We do not publish seller photos or publicly list a submitted home without separate review and permission.
Analytics and performance
Optional analytics are off until you allow them in the site's analytics choice panel. When allowed, Google Analytics 4 may measure visits and usage, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may measure traffic and performance, and Microsoft Clarity may provide interaction analytics and session diagnostics. Form fields are treated as sensitive and should remain masked in session tools. Google Analytics is configured with property ID G-H9C092HG0V. Google advertising and cookies
The site includes Google AdSense publisher code for site connection, consent messaging, and advertising after approval. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, consent records, and ad-interaction information to provide, measure, personalize, or limit advertising according to the visitor's choices and applicable law. Consent and privacy choices
Necessary storage supports security, forms, saved planning work on your device, and your privacy selection. The local privacy panel controls optional analytics. Google's certified privacy message handles applicable advertising consent and opt-out choices, including European and supported U.S. state messages when configured in the publisher account. Use Privacy choices in the footer to reopen available controls. Your browser and device settings may provide additional cookie controls.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information you provided, or an opt-out from certain sharing or targeted advertising. Use the contact page to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required for security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not discriminate against a visitor for making a privacy request.
Children
The service is intended for adults planning a housing or land project and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
Security
We use encrypted transport, private file storage, server-side validation, restricted admin sessions, and access controls intended to protect submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

This policy may be updated when data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version.
