These terms govern use of the Manufactured Home Marketing website, planning workspace, forms, partner matching, and desk review workflow.
Educational planning platform
Manufactured Home Marketing provides independent discovery, planning, and request tools. Content is not legal, financial, tax, engineering, construction, insurance, title, appraisal, surveying, environmental, or zoning advice.
No inventory or approval promise
A home style, floor-plan concept, listing request, cost range, or feasibility result is not a live inventory offer, permit determination, contractor quote, appraisal, financing approval, or guarantee that a home can be delivered to or occupied on a property.
Property and project verification
Users must independently verify jurisdiction, zoning, setbacks, overlays, deed restrictions, title, liens, road and set access, utilities, septic or sewer, water, foundation requirements, permits, inspections, insurance, lender conditions, seller authority, and every project contract.
Calculators and address checks
Calculator results use editable assumptions and broad planning ranges. Address checks use third-party government services and public agency links to identify a research path; they do not confirm parcel zoning, legal access, buildability, utility capacity, hazard clearance, or permit eligibility.
Partner matching
A request is routed only when the user authorizes a response. Matching may consider state, service, and project type. Partner applicants are reviewed before verified status, but verified status is not a warranty or endorsement. Users must investigate every provider and written proposal.
Paid desk reviews
A paid desk review is preliminary manual research based on available records and the information supplied. It is not a permit, survey, title report, environmental report, engineering opinion, legal opinion, or guarantee. The checkout page will show price before payment. Refund and delivery questions are handled case by case when a review cannot reasonably be completed.
Seller photos and submissions
The person submitting a home represents that they are authorized to provide the information and photos. Do not upload private documents, unlawful material, misleading information, or media that infringes another person's rights. A submission does not guarantee publication, buyer interest, price, timing, or sale.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, probe private administration routes, interfere with the service, submit malicious files, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful or deceptive activity. Access may be limited when activity threatens users, partners, or the platform.
Changes and availability
Tools, prices, coverage areas, partner availability, and these terms may change. Material updates will be reflected by the date below. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
